I per­son­ally chal­lenge Steve O’Dell’s “most advanced crime lab in the coun­try” to fig­ure out who keeps leav­ing empty Taco Bell bags and cups in my front yard! Heck, I’m even a City of Phoenix res­i­dent. When I worked at the City of Chandler crime lab, we had peo­ple out pro­cess­ing bro­ken pump­kin parts for latent prints the morn­ing after Halloween. How’s about some cus­tomer ser­vice Steve?
