Come on guys, this is easy stuff. They aren’t even in trouble for doing shoddy work — they are in trouble for poor record keeping it seems. The question is if the lack of proper records is an oversight, laziness, or a deliberate attempt to prevent defense attorneys from discovering potentially exculpatory evidence.
