Long victory for criminal defense attorney Robert Wicoff means more bad press for Houston PD. 27 years ago Michael Anthony Green was convicted and sent to jail for a crime he didn’t commit.
Wicoff blames the false arrest/conviction on shotty police work. The release can be credited to DNA analysis.
